Unit of development and measurement
Unit Profile
This unit is established in order to develop and promote the performance of human resources, develop the administrative work and simplify procedures.
Objectives
Innovation of new ideas and techniques to support the administrative effort to upgrade the administration of the deanship.
Observing the organization aspects and to update the patterns of such aspects in such a way as to simplify and to facilitate procedures within the deanship.
Conducting a general survey for each of the units of the deanship.
Ensuring a harmonious coordination among such units through the interface relations; from time to time.
Controlling of deficiencies and imbalances within the deanship, submission of the same to the deputy dean, along with proposals to remedy such deficiencies and imbalances.
Training of the administrative staff in order to promote the administrative performance.
Services
Organization and job description :-
Conducting of studies on all organization aspects.
Permanent effort to develop the administrative structures of jobs.
Establishment of an indicator for the creation, cancellation or consolidation of administrative units.
Preparation of job description and job description cards.
Issuing of the organization guide for the deanship.
Methods and techniques for the development of the service :-
Conducting studies on employed methods and techniques.
Preparation of researches on the development of administrative job structures.
Organization of data, files, office systems and the establishment of data bases.
Organizing the relation between the public and the officers.
Studying of interdependent techniques, procedures and systems.
Follow up on the realization of the administrative objectives of units.
Studying the designs of forms and patterns.
Monitoring of quality of performance and successes necessary for work progress.
Training:-
Conducting studies for the extension of qualification and training programs and courses.
Establishment of general and detailed plans for training and qualification.
Establishment of projects for the administrative and technical; training.
Follow up on trainees and continuous preparation of regular reports on such trainees.
Review of training needs and preparation of training plans.
Activities
Communication program: a monthly cultural and entertainment program for the administrative staff.
Conducting of special training courses for the officers of the deanship.
