This unit is the link between the officers and the administration manager with respect to leaves and participations.

• To ensure the implementation/ application of the administrative rules and regulations.
• To facilitate the provision of the daily needs of officers.

• All types of leave formalities and procedures, reporting to competent entities, termination of services and issuance of necessary clearances.
• Controlling/ monitoring of attendance of officers (check in/ out) for the personnel of the deanship.
• Preparation of a form to be filled out in case of long leave of absence by an officer in order to arrange for a substitute officer. Such form shall be signed by both officers.
• Follow up on the registration of the employees in activities and training courses undertaken by the university.
• Handling of office work related to the personnel affairs, such as receiving of the incoming transactions and responding to telephone calls.
